At five years old, Charlie thinks he’s the true head of the team, bringing boundless energy and his unmistakable Westie charm to the Katter real estate family.

Life on Long Island’s south shore is just Charlie’s speed. This salty dog lives for days on the Great South Bay, hopping aboard boats with his humans, and cruising the shore like he owns the place. From beachside strolls to sunsets over the bay, Charlie shows us all the joys of coastal living. He’s fearless, fun, and full of spirit—proof that a little character goes a long way.
